These past few months, I've been hooked by a TV series that just completely has blown my mind which is called Revenge.
Since its first airing on Star World, the thought of missing an episode is excruciatingly painful. Even though at first I was questioning about the cast,-since I'm not familiar with any of the cast except Connor Paolo who appears on Gossip Girl-I said to myself, "What the hell, I'll watch the first episode & decide whether it was worthy or not". Apparently, it was definitely worth the watch.
The first season had just ended on May, 2012. I feel like every single episode was a movie itself. Every episode tells the story of Emily's revenge towards a specific individual that had 'helped' his father got killed inside jail. But there's a correlation string which is her ultimate goal to avenge her father's death towards the Grayson family with the help of Nolan Ross-who is played by Gabriel Mann. Her every step is orchestrated beautifully, even to the last detail. This series is impeccable; from the casts' acting, to the writers behind the genius storyline. There's just no words that could thoroughly describe it.
I just can't wait to see season 2 which will start airing on 30th of September this year! The creator, Mike Kelley spoils that the second season will be more spectacular than the first. "Dynamics have shifted, plots are coming fast and furious, and it's
going to be utterly twisted and darker and deeper than even last year,
if that's possible," Gabriel Mann said. "And the more twisted, the
better!" Can't argue with the crafty Nolan Ross on that one.
Also, you can't resist the real-life couple from the series; Emily VanCamp & Josh Bowman who plays as Emily Thorne & Daniel Grayson respectively.
